A basic box doesn’t have to be boring. Sunset can help you turn standard packaging into a targeted marketing piece with full color custom graphics. It’s important that your brand is presented professionally at all times…and especially with packaging displays.

The goal for this project was to design a sturdy box that could be quickly produced. So our development team came up with the PK105. This design is self-locking and requires no glue, which allows it to lay perfectly flat when unassembled and minimizes the amount of space required for storage and shipping. It’s robust design makes it stackable..even when filled with heavy products.

With a minimum quantity of just 250 units, this box is perfect for new product launches and rollouts.

The PK105 measures 5.25” deep, 9” wide and 2” tall. It features a locking flap which secures the contents during transit. The applications for this type of box can be further expanded by the use of custom designed inserts.

Now here is a great idea to generate some interest in a new product!

Recently we were contacted by a client that needed a counter display in a hurry… but also needed some brochures to go with their promotion. Our developers came up with this tear pad that attaches to the header of the counter display. We were able to format the tear pad with our client’s information by using both sides of the sheet… and it fit the display quite well.

The tear pad is printed 2-sides on 80# gloss paper stock and padded per 50 sheets. It is attached directly to the cardboard header.. but it can also be formatted to fit into a custom die-cut slot for frequent replacements.

This is a good option to keep in mind for your counter display marketing program if you plan to have an ongoing promotion or want to see what’s going on in your market. We have some clients who order just a few pads for testing purposes… and after sound feedback… they may decide to continue the program… or promote a different type of sale etc.. The pad size is 4.25″ x 5.5″.
