Wrap em and stack em
Here is a nice project that worked out well. We had a client who had a small sample of adhesive/glue products they wanted to hand out at trade shows. They first looked at different types of envelopes…but were not satisfied with what was out there. We asked them how many they needed and they were looking at several thousand units. So our engineering team came up with a wrap around box with an attractive die cut window to show off the sample. This worked out well for the trade shows…but we also figured out a way to stack these units in countertop displays for individual retail sales.
At the end of the day…our wrap around package cost much less than the envelopes our client was considering….and they wound up with a package that could be sold in a retail environment.

Package Design for Speedy Production
Here is a package project we have been working on. We designed the print graphics for this product..and we are also working on a retail point-of-purchase display…soon to be released once the distribution channels have been firmed up.
Until then, we are helping our client with the total print design, production and packaging for this project. Concerning packaging for products of this type….it’s quite normal to print and die cut the package wrap..leave it flat and ship it to the production or assembly facility this way. But in this case…we proposed a custom designed lock on the back of the package that requires no glue and can be snapped during production assembly. We had to die cut the package anyway….so it just cost a few dollars more to make a die and we eliminated the cost of glue and sped up the packaging process at the same time.
